Workpiece Shape and Position Detection Function: The equipment is equipped with a workpiece grating that can accurately detect the workpiece's shape, dimensions, cutouts, and placement. Based on this detection information, the size of the spraying area is controlled, saving paint.
Spraying Chamber: The integrated spraying chamber features two-stage air filtration, with air pressure regulated by frequency converter.
PE Belt Conveyor: Imported acid and alkali resistant PE conveyor belt, the conveying system includes paint cleaning.
Spray Gun Oil Supply System: Eight Japanese Iwata spray guns, each with independently adjustable blowing pressure, precisely controlling the blowing airflow during spraying, thus achieving optimal atomization and reducing paint consumption.
Control and Operating System: The equipment uses an advanced and stable PLC controller paired with a 7-inch touchscreen, displaying the machine's operating status in real time. Easy to operate, driven by a Taiwan Shihlin servo motor
Paint Circuit: The professional paint circuit allows for forward and reverse flushing of the pipeline, making cleaning simpler, more convenient, and saving solvent.
Cleaning Device: During operation, the extrusion rollers automatically rise, and the extrusion pressure is uniform. The pressure is adjusted via a cylinder. The equipment is pre-set at the factory, ensuring the extrusion roller runout is ≤0.01mm, achieving a mirror-like finish on the roller surface. Paint on the belt is transferred to the steel rollers via the extrusion rollers, then scraped by a pneumatic scraper into the oil tank. The movement of the rubber scraper blade on the rodless cylinder then allows the paint to flow quickly into the collection bucket, preventing accumulation in the oil tank. When the equipment stops, after all the paint on the belt has been collected, the extrusion rollers automatically descend, releasing the pneumatic scraper and stopping the con
