Foshan Shuntu Technology Co., Ltd. makes the following after-sales service commitments regarding the equipment it sells:
I. Service Methods
1. Telephone Support: Professional technicians will be arranged to locate equipment faults and provide solutions via telephone or fax within a specified timeframe to ultimately resolve the problem.
2. On-site Support: For faults that cannot be diagnosed over the phone, engineers will be dispatched to the site to analyze the cause, develop solutions, and resolve the fault.
II. Service Commitments
1. Timely service response, effective problem-solving, and standardized service process
2. Service Content: All equipment provided by our company is covered by a warranty period of no less than the stipulated warranty period. If quality problems occur during this period, our company will dispatch a dedicated engineer to resolve the issue.
III. After-sales Service Content
1. Free warranty service during the product warranty period. The warranty period is calculated from the date of successful installation and acceptance. Reasonable fees will be charged after the warranty period expires, depending on the circumstances.
2. A formal after-sales service report will be submitted to the customer after each service completion.
Installation and Commissioning: Upon arrival at the customer's factory, the customer is responsible for installing the necessary external electrical and pneumatic circuits, including the design and installation of external air ducts to the machine body, and the intake and exhaust ducts to the machine body. Before our engineers arrive, the customer must have procured the necessary paint in advance, wiring must be laid out according to the process flow, and the site must be prepared, before commissioning, relevant circuits must be connected to a location within 3 meters of the machine, and sufficient paint must be prepared before commissioning. Our engineers, with the assistance of specialized technicians arranged by the customer, will complete the wiring and commissioning of the equipment under the contract according to the process flow, and will be responsible for training 1-2 of your company's operators until they master the relevant skills and produce one to two batches of qualified products.
